The company started trading in 1999 and at that time was named The Internet Golf Club Ltd where the original concept was established to provide Internet information services, websites, hosting etc. exclusively for golfers and the UKs 3000+ golf clubs.

The Internet Golf Club (TIGC) now has over 3000 UK golf clubs on-line and provides Internet solutions for a large number the clubs.

As the customer base expanded so did the range of products that TIGC provided. More and more time was spent in setting up Internet services for members of golf clubs and It soon became necessary to provide a dedicated division to look after non-golf related business.

UseWho.com satisfied that need. As a promotional website it provides a local on-line business directory of who-to-use. Every customer of Usewho is included in the UseWho.com business directory. UseWho.com is linked to the TIGC website and visa versa.

Who we are

The VHS Holdings shareholders are: Vance G Raeburn, Helen Haynes (ACIS) and Stephen Lansdown and together they have many years of successful experience ranging from franchise operations and business development to company law and financial management.

Managing Director, Vance G Raeburn, is responsible for the overall company development and franchise recruitment. Over the past twenty years he has been involved in running several successful franchise operations and a Bristol based computer services group. He is a member of Henbury Golf Club in Bristol, advises Henbury management on information technology and is a low handicap golfer.

Helen Haynes (ACIS) as Company Secretary looks after the financial, legal and managerial commitments of the Company. Her legal background helps ensure that the company complies with all legislation.

Stephen Lansdown guides the financial development of the company. He has many years of business experience and is currently one of the main shareholders of Bristol City Football Club, founding partner in Hargreaves Lansdown Stockbrokers and is benefactor to many Bristol based companies.
